Major Decisions definition

Major Decisions shall have the meaning given to such term or any one or more analogous terms in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement; provided that at any time that Note A-1 is not included in the Lead Securitization, “Major Decision” shall mean:

Examples of Major Decisions in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise herein expressly provided, and subject to the limitations contained in Section 7.3 hereof with respect to Major Decisions, the General Partner shall have, and is hereby granted, full and complete power, authority and discretion to take such action for and on behalf of the Partnership and in its name as the General Partner shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes for which the Partnership was organized.
