If Employee becomes entitled to payment under this Section 7.04, Employee shall not be entitled to payment under Sections 2.02, 7.01 or 7.05 notwithstanding Employee’s subsequent termination of employment.
All disclosures and statements required by the State and listed in the Master Lease shall made part of this Sublease and, when attached, shall be considered disclosed to the Sublessee in accordance with State and local laws.
Sublessee shall not commit or suffer any act or omission that will violate any of the provisions of the Master Lease.
The waiver by Lessor or Lessee of a breach of any provision of this Master Lease or a Schedule will not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
