  • As of the Effective Date, the Revolving Loans and the other Lender Obligations constitute the only Debt of the City or the City, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, that is secured by a Lien on the Net Revenues other than the Senior Bonds, the Senior Obligations, the Subordinate Bonds, and other Subordinate Obligations issued or incurred prior to the Effective Date.
