New Franchise Agreement definition

New Franchise Agreement means the franchise license agreement to be entered into between Buyer and the Franchisor, granting to Buyer a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand on and after the Closing Date.
New Franchise Agreement means the franchise agreement to be entered into by the Company and the Franchisor at the Closing.
New Franchise Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.1.

  • Seller shall use best efforts to promptly provide all information required by the Franchisor in connection with the New Franchise Agreement, and Seller and Buyer shall diligently pursue obtaining each the same.
