Examples of Non-Extension Drawing in a sentence

  • At any time after a Non-Extension Drawing has been made under any Liquidity Facility, the Liquidity Provider thereunder may, at its option, arrange for a Replacement Liquidity Facility to replace the Liquidity Facility under which such Non-Extension Drawing has been made.

  • Amounts drawn pursuant to a Non-Extension Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.5(f) hereof.

  • If such Replacement Liquidity Facility is provided at any time after a Downgrade Drawing, a Non-Extension Drawing or a Special Termination Drawing has been made, all funds on deposit in the relevant Cash Collateral Account will be returned to the Liquidity Provider being replaced.

  • If such Replacement Liquidity Facility is provided at any time after a Downgrade Drawing, a Non-Extension Drawing or a Special Termination Drawing has been made, all funds on deposit in the relevant Cash Collateral Account resulting from such Downgrade Drawing, Non-Extension Drawing or Special Termination Drawing will be returned to the Liquidity Provider being replaced.

  • If such Replacement Liquidity Facility is provided at any time after a Downgrade Drawing, a Non-Extension Drawing or a Special Termination Drawing has been made, all funds on deposit in the relevant Cash Collateral Account resulting from such Downgrade Drawing or Non-Extension Drawing will be returned to the Liquidity Provider being replaced.

  • Amounts drawn pursuant to any Non-Extension Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.6(f) hereof.

  • Amounts drawn pursuant to a Non-Extension Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.05(f).
