Not Domestic Issuance means any obligation other than an obligation that was issued (or reissued, as the case may be), or intended to be offered for sale primarily in the domestic market of the Reference Entity. Method for Determining Valuation Obligations. For purposes of Section 3.2(a) (Valuation Obligation), the term "Valuation Obligation" may be defined as each obligation of the Reference Entity described by the Valuation Obligation Category specified as being applicable in the Standard, and, subject to Section 3.15 (Interpretation of Provisions), having each of the Valuation Obligation Characteristics, if any, specified as being applicable in the Standard, in each case, as of the Valuation Date (unless otherwise specified). Examples of Not Domestic Issuance in a sentence

If either of the Obligation Characteristics "Listed" or "Not Domestic Issuance" is specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the Pricing Supplement shall be construed as though the relevant Obligation Characteristic had been specified as an Obligation Characteristic only with respect to Bonds.
If either of the Obligation Characteristics "Listed" or "Not Domestic Issuance" is specified in the related Final Terms or is applicable in respect of the applicable Transaction Type, the Final Terms shall be construed as though the relevant Obligation Characteristic had been specified as an Obligation Characteristic only with respect to Bonds.
The Obligation Characteristics applicable to a Reference Entity will be specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement from among the following: (i) Not Subordinated, (ii) Specified Currency, (iii) Not Sovereign Lender, (iv) Not Domestic Currency, (v) Not Domestic Law, (vi) Listed and (vii) Not Domestic Issuance; provided that no Obligation Characteristics shall apply if the Obligation Category is Reference Obligation Only.
Obligation Characteristics means, any one or more of Not Subordinated, Not Sovereign Lender, Specified Currency, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed and Not Domestic Issuance, as specified in the related Final terms.

Not Domestic Issuance means any obligation except any obligation that either (A) in the case of a loan, was incurred or solely originated by lenders in the domestic market of the Reference Entity or (B) in the case of a Bond was issued or intended to be offered for sale primarily in the domestic market of the Reference Entity. Obligation Acceleration means one or more Obligations in an aggregate amount of not less than the Default Requirement have become due and payable before they would otherwise have been due and payable as a result of, or on the basis of, the occurrence of a default, event or default or other similar condition or event (however described), other than a failure to make any required payment, in respect of a Reference Entity under one or more Obligations. Obligation Currency means the currency or currencies in which an Obligation is denominated. Obligation Default means one or more Obligations in an aggregate amount of not less than the Default Requirement have become capable of being declared due and payable before they would otherwise have been due and payable as a result of, or on the basis of, the occurrence of a default, event of default, or other similar condition or event (however described), other than a failure to make any required payment, in respect of a Reference Entity under one or more Obligations. Outstanding Principal Balance means, subject as provided in sub-paragraph (4)(vi) of paragraph (B) (Interpretation of Provisions) in the definition of Deliverable Obligation:
