Teachers working under a permit issued under 3319.301 of the Revised Code who spend at least fifty percent of their time providing content-related student instruction.
Ontario Health means the corporation without share capital under the name Ontario Health as continued under the CCA;
Teacher means teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, school employees, contractors, and other administrators.
Headteacher means the most senior teacher in the Academy who is responsible for its management and administration. Such teacher may also be referred to as the Head of School or Principal.
Anchorage means the system by which the seat assembly is secured to the vehicle structure, including the affected parts of the vehicle structure;
Head Teacher means the head teacher of the Academy;
AT&T TENNESSEE means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Tennessee.
District superintendent means a person who holds a valid class 3 Montana teacher certificate
Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.
State superintendent means the state superintendent of public instruction.
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999 between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If it is determined that the Michigan economic development corporation is unable to perform its duties under this act, those duties shall be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
Career teacher means a teacher who:
Commonwealth Minister means the local Minister within the meaning of the gas pipelines access legislation of the Commonwealth;
Public safety employee means a public employee who is employed as one of the following:
Public servant means a person who is employed by, or who holds any office or other position in, a public service body;
Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.
American Indian means a person who is enrolled as a member of a federally recognized American Indian tribe or band or who possesses documentation of at least one−fourth American Indian ancestry or documentation of tribal recognition as an American Indian.
Regional integration organization means an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by this Convention. Such organizations shall declare, in their instruments of formal confirmation or accession, the extent of their competence with respect to matters governed by this Convention. Subsequently, they shall inform the depositary of any substantial modification in the extent of their competence.
State health plan means the employee and retiree insurance program provided for in Article 5, Chapter 11, Title 1.

Diploma means a course of study in a higher education institution leading to a diploma as described in the Australian Qualifications Framework as at 1 January 1995.

Nonprofit corporation means that term as defined under section 108 of the nonprofit corporation act, 1982 PA 162, MCL 450.2108.
