Operating Policy definition

Operating Policy means all of the factors that determine the total license fee applicable to the Premises under the Rate Schedule.
Operating Policy means that policy attached hereto as Exhibit F and adopted hereby, as may be amended by the Members from time to time.
Operating Policy means a policy respecting the operation of the Corporation approved by the Board in accordance with this By-law.

Related to Operating Policy
