  • For the avoidance of doubt, any notices or information required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement by any party hereto to a Serviced Companion Noteholder with respect to a Serviced Companion Loan that has been included in an Other Securitization shall be provided to the Other Servicer under the Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Each of the Other Servicers and the Other Trustees shall be a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement in respect to all provisions herein expressly relating to compensation, reimbursement or indemnification of such Other Servicer and Other Trustee, and any provisions regarding reimbursement or advances or interest thereon to such Other Servicer or Other Trustee.
