Other Vessels means the 2,824 TEU container vessels under construction on the date hereof or to be built at the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Co., Ltd. Republic of Korea and designated Builder’s Hull Nos. 0427 (the “M/V Horizon Eagle”), 0387 (the “M/V Horizon Tiger”), 0388 (the “M/V Horizon Hunter”) and 0389 (the “M/V Horizon Hawk”), each to be acquired by SFL Holdings from an Other Seller, sold to an Other Owner and chartered to the Charterer.
