Payments Advanced definition

Payments Advanced means PayPal Payments Advanced (also known as Website Payments Pro Payflow Link Edition), which is the suite of Services consisting of PayPal Checkout, PayPal Credit, and Direct Payments Services as standard, and that provides PayPal-hosted checkout, as described in more detail on the PayPal website. Optional additional Services include Fraud Protection Services and Recurring Billing, which are all more fully described on our website.

Examples of Payments Advanced in a sentence

  • Payments Advanced requires the exclusive use of PayPal-hosted templates on your checkout pages to process payments.

  • If you use Payments Advanced to process payment sales or authorizations on non-PayPal hosted pages, you may be charged the higher monthly fee for using Payments Pro Payflow instead of the Payments Advanced monthly fee, but you may not receive full access to all features of Payments Pro Payflow.

  • Existing customers who wish to use this pricing should contact PayPal’s customer service department and must use PayPal Payments Advanced or PayPal Payments Pro.

Related to Payments Advanced

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Cash Advance means the amount requested by you and advanced to you by any method approved by us according to the terms of this Agreement in cash or cash equivalent items (including, but not limited to, money orders, travelers checks, lottery tickets, casino chips, vouchers redeemable for cash, or racetrack xxxxxx).

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Loan Payment means any amount payable by the Loan Parties to the Bank pursuant to the Legal Agreements or these General Conditions, including (but not limited to) any amount of the Withdrawn Loan Balance, interest, the Front-end Fee, interest at the Default Interest Rate (if any), any prepayment premium, any transaction fee for a Conversion or early termination of a Conversion, any premium payable upon the establishment of an Interest Rate Cap or Interest Rate Collar, and any Unwinding Amount payable by the Borrower.”

  • SOFR Advance means an Advance that bears interest at a rate based on Term SOFR.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

  • Agent Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i).

  • Debit Payment means a particular transaction where a debit is made.

  • Advance Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.2; “Affected Party” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 21.1;
