Plan Trust definition

Plan Trust means the trust governed by the Plan.
Plan Trust means the trust to be established pursuant to the Plan Trust Agreement and Section 5.1(a) of the Plan as of any date between (and inclusive of) the Confirmation Date and the Effective Date.
