Any Pollutant discharge by Lessee or Lessee’s officers, agents, employees, partners, contractors, sublessees, guests, or invitees, whether committed prior to or subsequent to the Effective Date of this Agreement, shall be, at Lessee’s expense, and upon the Port Department demand, immediately contained, removed, and abated to the satisfaction of the Port Department and any court or regulatory entity having jurisdiction over the Pollutant discharge.
