Proceedings Orders definition

Proceedings Orders means orders of the Polish, Dutch and U.S. courts approving the arrangement, composition and Section 304 and related proceedings, respectively, proposed by the Company.
Proceedings Orders means (i) a final and unappealable order of the Amsterdam Court approving a suspension of payments and akkoord in respect of the Company and (ii) a final and unappealable order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court approving a re-organization plan of IFCO Systems NA in respect of itself and its U.S. subsidiaries under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
Proceedings Orders means a final and unappealable order of the applicable Swedish Court approving Swedish Reorganisation Proceedings and Public Composition Proceedings in respect of Bus.
