Profit Interests means the Class C-1 units in the capital of High Street outstanding from time to time.

Profit Interests. Profit Interests" when used in this Company Agreement shall mean the interest of the Members in the profits of the Company as indicated on the books and records of the Company. A particular Member's interests in the profits of the Company shall be determined by computing his percentage of profits to the total of all Members' profits as of the date of such determination without regard to any special allocation provided for in Section 8.2

Profit Interests means the membership interests in the Company and other rights issued pursuant to the Profit Interest Agreements, and any other profits interests, unit awards, options or other similar equity interests (whether voting or non-voting) in the Company.

  • Income interest means the right of an income beneficiary to receive all or part of net income, whether the terms of the trust require it to be distributed or authorize it to be distributed in the trustee's discretion.

  • Net Profits Interest means a non-operating interest that creates a share in gross production from another (operating or non-operating) interest in oil and natural gas properties. The share is determined by net profits from the sale of production and customarily provides for the deduction of capital and operating costs from the proceeds of the sale of production. In no event shall Joint Venture Interests include equity securities that are part of a class of equity securities that are traded on a national or regional securities exchange or a recognized over-the-counter market or any investments in debt securities, mortgages or other Debt.

  • Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Percentage Interests shall have the meaning specified in the Trust Agreement.
