Public place means any location frequented by the public, or where the public is present or likely to be present, or where a person may reasonably be expected to be observed by members of the public.
Public place: Any place to which the public or a substantial group of the public has access and includes, but is not limited to, streets, highways and the common areas of schools, hospitals, apartment houses, office buildings, transport facilities and shops.
Public place" means a place, building, or conveyance to which the public has or may be permitted to have access and any place of public resort.
