Put Date definition
Put Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.4.
Put Date means any Trading Day during the Commitment Period that a Put Notice is deemed delivered pursuant to Section 2.2(b).
Put Date means the date that is specified by the Company in any Put Notice for which the Company intends to exercise a Put under Section 2.3.1, unless the Put Date is postponed pursuant to the terms hereof, in which case the "Put Date" is such postponed date.
Examples of Put Date in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, all trading volume of the Common Stock on the respective Put Date that occurs prior to the specific time that the Put Notice is delivered to Investor shall not count towards the Cooldown Waiver Trigger.
The lowest traded price of the Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date must exceed $0.15 per share.
