Related to the Business definition

Related to the Business means, directly or indirectly, used in, arising from or relating in any manner to the Business.

Related to the Business means used, held for use or acquired or developed for use, in each case, exclusively in the Business or otherwise exclusively relating to, or exclusively arising out of, the operation or conduct of the Business.

Other than the Friendco Transferred Assets, the Transferred Assets and the Excluded Assets, there are no Assets of Seller or any of its Affiliates Related to the Business.

Related to the Business means primarily related to, used primarily in, arising primarily from, or held primarily for use in, the Business, or otherwise necessary for the operation, as presently conducted, of the Business.

Related to the Business means primarily related to, or used or held for use primarily in connection with, the Business as conducted by Trimble and its controlled Affiliates.

Related to the Business means required for, held for, or used in the conduct of the Business as conducted by Sellers in the Ordinary Course of Business.
