The Class Member will have the choice either (1) to do nothing and thereby accept the amount stated in the Relevant Payments Notice, or (2) to claim a different amount that it paid Defendants.
If the Class Member does not dispute the amount stated in the Relevant Payments Notice, it should not complete and return the Dispute Form.
