Research Material definition

Research Material means, in relation to a Research Activity, the Application, Summary and all of the Reports regarding that Research Activity;
Research Material means the research material provided by COMPANY to Selexis pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation, [ ** ] as well as any Derivatives thereof, and any other materials described in the Proposal and provided by COMPANY to Selexis.
Research Material means documents, records, software, information, data and other materials or work product in any tangible form created or developed during the course of, or in association with, the Research Activity.

Examples of Research Material in a sentence

  • This Research Material will not be used for commercial purposes such as screening, production or sale, for which a commercialization license may be required.

  • The Research Material will only be used for research purposes by Recipient's investigator in his/her laboratory, for the research project described below, under suitable containment conditions.

  • Recipient agrees to comply with all rules and regulations applicable to the Research Project and the handling of the Research Material.

More Definitions of Research Material

Research Material means the biological material from humans, including the biological samples and the Associated Phenotypic Data transferred to IU’s NCRAD facility from Provider (jointly referred to herein as “Original Research Material”), as well as Progeny and/or Unmodified Derivatives thereof. Unmodified Derivatives may also be referred to herein as “Derived Materials.”
Research Material means active pharmaceutical ingredient prepared according to a medicinal chemistry laboratory route and synthetic procedure, manufactured at a laboratory scale (i.e., batch sizes of up to approximately 100 grams) in a research facility, under technical (i.e., non-GMP) conditions, and analyzed according to limited research methods with no formal specifications applied. Research Material means any photographs, maps, pictures, diagrams, books, letters or information either verbal, written or electronically stored relating to the commission;
Research Material means any and all material (a) sent by or on behalf of MRK to ArcherDX, including all related biological material or associated Know-How and data that MRK provides, (b) produced or generated during performance of a Project Agreement, or (c) acquired in the course of performing the Activities as well as (d) any substance that is replicated or derived from the Research Material as defined in clauses (a) to (c) or which could not have been produced but for the use of the Research Material as defined in clauses (a) to (c).
