During the period in which such Revolving Loan Lender has not paid such corresponding amount to the Administrative Agent, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the amount so advanced by the Administrative Agent to the Borrowers shall, for all purposes hereof, be a Revolving Loan made by the Administrative Agent for its own account.
None of the foregoing shall affect, impair or prevent the vesting of any of the rights or powers granted to any Issuer or any Revolving Loan Lender hereunder.
