Right of Refusal. Any unit member shall have the right to reject any offer or request for overtime, call back, Call-In Time or On-Call Time. If everyone in the department refuses the request, the overtime shall be assigned by the supervisor as equally as is practicable within each department, and the overtime shall be accepted by the unit member. However, in an emergency that requires immediate attention and an individual unit member has specific expertise to address the emergency, the right of refusal cannot be exercised by the unit member.

Right of Refusal. Any faculty member who has initially authored an online course shall have first right of refusal to teach that course for the first four years after the course is developed.
