RingCentral Terms definition

RingCentral Terms means all agreements entered into by RingCentral and a Customer in connection with this Agreement and relating to the Services, including agreements for the provision and use of the Services, RingCentral’s data privacy and security policies, and RingCentral policies for the use of the Services.

Examples of RingCentral Terms in a sentence

  • Furthermore, RingCentral shall at all times be permitted to take any action against a Customer as authorised by any applicable Law or under the RingCentral Terms including without limitation suspension or termination of the Services and/or termination of the Customer’s service contract(s).

  • RingCentral shall have sole discretion to determine if it wishes to agree to any changes to the RingCentral Terms.

  • RingCentral may update the RingCentral Terms from time to time, and the updated RingCentral Terms will become effective upon such update.

  • Representative shall provide to Customers the applicable RingCentral sales agreement and ordering documents included in the RingCentral Terms.

  • All Customers shall enter into the RingCentral Terms with RingCentral as the contracting party, with Avaya executing the RingCentral Terms on behalf of RingCentral.

  • In the event a Customer requests changes of any type from the standard RingCentral Terms, or discounts over the list price, all such proposed changes and discounts shall be forwarded to Avaya for its consideration and handling.

  • RingCentral shall have sole discretion to determine if it wishes to agree to any changes to the RingCentral Terms (or any of them).

  • Unless otherwise authorised in writing by Distributor, Representative shall provide Customers with the RingCentral Terms and service order forms, as applicable.

  • For the avoidance of doubt Ring Central shall be solely responsible for concluding and negotiating the RingCentral Terms and order form as applicable with the Customer.

  • Distributor will provide to Representative all quotes and RingCentral Terms to be provided to Prospective Customers.

Related to RingCentral Terms

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • General Terms means these terms.

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Agreed Terms means, in relation to a document, such document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser and signed for identification purposes by the Seller’s Lawyers and the Purchaser’s Lawyers, with such alterations as may be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Purchaser from time to time;

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

(which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available May 20, 1994).

  • Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Framework Agreement means this agreement consisting of the Clauses together with the Framework Schedules and any appendices and annexes to the same;

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any special terms and conditions supplementing and/or amending these Terms and Conditions.
