Examples of RVMTP Shares in a sentence

  • The amount of dividends per share payable on RVMTP Shares of a Series on any Dividend Payment Date shall equal the sum of the dividends accumulated but not yet paid for each Rate Period (or part thereof) in the related Dividend Period.

  • The Board of Trustees may also elect to designate one or more other NRSROs as Other Rating Agencies hereunder with respect to a Series of RVMTP Shares by notice to the Holders of the RVMTP Shares.

  • The Fund shall be entitled to receive, promptly after the Redemption Date, any Deposit Securities in excess of the aggregate Redemption Price of the RVMTP Shares called for redemption and redeemed on the Redemption Date.

  • The Fund shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Rating Agencies to issue long-term credit ratings with respect to each Series of RVMTP Shares for so long as such Series is Outstanding.
