Secured Hedge Obligations definition

Secured Hedge Obligations means Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements.
Secured Hedge Obligations means the obligations of any Loan Party arising under any Secured Hedge Agreement.

Secured Hedge Obligations means any Permitted Hedge Obligations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary owing to any one or more of the (present and future) Secured Hedge Providers, and includes the due performance and compliance by the Borrower or any Subsidiary with all the terms, conditions and agreements contained in the Secured Hedge Agreement pertaining thereto.
Secured Hedge Obligations means the obligations owed by any Borrower or any Guarantor to any Hedge Bank under any Secured Hedge Agreement (excluding, with respect to any such Borrower or Guarantor, Excluded Swap Obligations of such Borrower or Guarantor).
