In addition, the Servicer will be entitled to retain all Supplemental Servicing Fees.
If, pursuant to any provision hereof, the duties of the Master Servicer are transferred to a successor master servicer, the entire amount of the Master Servicing Fees and other compensation payable to the Master Servicer pursuant hereto, including amounts payable to or permitted to be retained or withdrawn by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 9.21 hereof, shall thereafter be payable to such successor master servicer.
If the amount of the recovery so allocated to interest is less than the full amount of accrued and unpaid interest due on such Mortgage Loan, the amount of such recovery will be allocated by the Servicer as follows: first, to unpaid Servicing Fees; and second, to the balance of the interest then due and owing.
The aggregate of the Servicing Fees payable to the Servicer for any month with respect to the Mortgage Loans shall be reduced by any Prepayment Interest Shortfall Amount with respect to such month.
The Servicing Fees shall be payable only at the time of and with respect to those Mortgage Loans for which payment is in fact made of the entire amount of the Monthly Payment or as otherwise provided in Section 3.04.
