  • An Agency may terminate if it determines that the Contractor is delinquent in its payment of federal, state or local obligations including but not limited to taxes, workers’ compensation insurance premiums, unemployment compensation contributions, child support, court costs or any other obligation owed to a State agency or political subdivision.
