Stock Unit Award definition

Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 7(c).

Stock Unit Award means a grant of a right to receive shares of Common Stock or cash under Section 7 of the Plan.

Stock Unit Award means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 9 hereof representing notional unit interests equal in value to a share of Common Stock to be paid and distributed at such times, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.

Examples of Stock Unit Award in a sentence

To the extent a term is capitalized and not defined in this Exhibit A, such term shall have the meaning as ascribed to such term in the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement or the Plan, as applicable.
The Participant acknowledges that he or she has carefully read and considered all the terms and conditions of the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement, including the restraints imposed upon him or her pursuant to this Exhibit A.

Stock Unit Award means the agreement between RHI and the recipient of a Stock Unit, or the notice to the recipient, which contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Stock Unit.

Stock Unit Award means a right granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 9 of the Plan to receive the Fair Market Value of one or more shares of Common Stock, payable in cash, shares of Common Stock, or a combination of both, the payment, issuance, retention and/or vesting of which is subject to the satisfaction of specified conditions, which may include achievement of specified performance objectives. A Stock Unit Award when payable in shares of Common Stock is also commonly referred to as a “restricted stock unit.”

Stock Unit Award means awards of Common Stock or other awards pursuant to Section 6.8 hereof that are valued in whole or in part by reference to, or are otherwise based on, shares of Common Stock or other securities of the Company.

Stock Unit Award means an award or issuance of Stock Units made under Section 12 of the Plan, the grant, issuance, retention, vesting and/or transferability of which is subject during specified periods of time to such conditions (including, without limitation, continued employment or performance conditions) and terms as are expressed in the agreement or other documents evidencing the Award (the “Stock Unit Award Agreement”).

Stock Unit Award means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Employee under Article 8 representing notional unit interests equal in value to a Share to be paid or distributed at such times, and subject to such conditions, as set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.
