Sub-grant Agreement definition

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient;
Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into for purposes of implementing and financing a Sub-project, and the term “Sub-grant Agreements” means collectively, all such Sub-grant Agreements.
Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient and a Beneficiary, providing for a Sub-grant to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject.

More Definitions of Sub-grant Agreement

Sub-grant Agreement means any subcontracting agreement or arrangement entered into with the Organisation by the Grantee under the Grant Agreement that provides some or all of the funding to the Organisation to perform and deliver some or all of the Program activities.
Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Recipient, through MOH, and an Implementing Partner, pursuant to Section 6.01 (b) and paragraph C of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Sub-Grant Agreement;

Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement or contract satisfactory to the Recipient and the World Bank to be entered between the Recipient and an eligible Beneficiary, setting forth the terms and conditions under which proceeds of a Sub-grant are to be made available to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing Sub-projects (hereinafter defined).
Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement referred to in Part D.3 of Section I of the Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
