Sub-grant Agreement definition

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient;

Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into for purposes of implementing and financing a Sub-project, and the term “Sub-grant Agreements” means collectively, all such Sub-grant Agreements.

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient and a Beneficiary, providing for a Sub-grant to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject.

Subgrantee/Contractor covenants that, to the best of its knowledge, no person under its employ, including subcontractors, who presently exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with Board, Department, or projects or programs funded by Board or Department, has any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in this Subgrant Agreement /Contract.
Any written amendment to this Subgrant Agreement will be prospective in nature.
Any addenda to this Subgrant Agreement will not need to be signed.
Work Plan templates are provided as part of the Subgrant Agreement delivered to each CAA and are also available on the CAA Portal.
CAAs must submit a work plan on the template provided by MaineHousing on or before the due date specified in the respective Subgrant Agreement.

Sub-grant Agreement means any subcontracting agreement or arrangement entered into with the Organisation by the Grantee under the Grant Agreement that provides some or all of the funding to the Organisation to perform and deliver some or all of the Program activities.

Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement referred to in paragraph B.8 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient and a Beneficiary, and referred to in paragraph 6(f) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Sub-grant Agreement means each agreement to be entered into by a Sub-Grantee and the Recipient, setting out the terms and conditions, acceptable to the World Bank, on which the Recipient may make a portion of the proceeds of the Grant available to a Sub-Grantee for the purposes of carrying out a Sub-Project, in each case on terms and conditions consistent with this Agreement including each of the provisions set out in Section 2.03(c) of this Annex. “Sub-Grant Agreements” means more than one Sub-Grant Agreement.

Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement or contract satisfactory to the Recipient and the World Bank to be entered between the Recipient and an eligible Beneficiary, setting forth the terms and conditions under which proceeds of a Sub-grant are to be made available to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing Sub-projects (hereinafter defined).

Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement referred to in Part D.3 of Section I of the Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
