Tax Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05.

Examples of Tax Claim in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, to the extent the Seller actually receives a corresponding amount under the Seller’s W&I Insurance Policy in respect of a Tax Claim, the Seller shall only be liable in respect of such Tax Claim to the extent of such corresponding amount.
If the Purchaser makes any Tax Claim against the Seller, the Seller shall use its best efforts to make a claim under the Seller’s W&I Insurance Policy.
