Tax Professional definition

Tax Professional means a nationally recognized Tax attorney or Tax accountant that is a member of a nationally recognized law firm or accounting firm, which attorney or accountant being acceptable to both EFH and Oncor or Oncor Holdings, as applicable, for the purposes of Section 12.
Tax Professional has the meaning set forth in Section 7.03(b).
