This Contract means the Articles of Agreement, Instructions & conditions, Special conditions, The Appendix, The Schedule of Quantities, drawings/ sketches and specifications etc attached hereto and duly signed.

This Contract may be executed in any number of counterparts each of which when executed and delivered is an original, but all the counterparts together constitute the same document.

Any equitable adjustment provided for this clause shall be implemented in this contract to the extent such adjustment is implemented in the prime contract." This Contract means the terms and conditions contained herein.
