Additionally, prior to any promotion or departmental transfer, employees must either cash out or use all accrued CTO and Holiday Time Off balances.
Holiday Time Off balances (maximum 24 hours) when combined with the CTO balances shall not exceed sixty (60) hours.
The timesheet should identify the: (a) grant, project or cost center being worked on; (b) number of hours worked on each; (c) description of work performed; and (d) Paid Time Off (PTO) hours.
The employee requesting such extended bereavement leave shall be allowed to utilize any Paid Time Off that s/he has accrued and earned.
