Trust Collateral Agent definition

Trust Collateral Agent means such successor Person.
Trust Collateral Agent means the Person acting as Trust Collateral Agent hereunder, its successors in interest and any successor Trust Collateral Agent hereunder.
Trust Collateral Agent means, initially, Citibank, N.A., a national banking association, in its capacity as collateral agent on behalf of the Issuer Secured Parties, including its successors-in-interest, until and unless a successor Person shall have become the Trust Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 6.17 hereof, and thereafter “Trust Collateral Agent” shall mean such successor Person.
