The Trust Fund was created, and the Trust Loan is to be serviced, pursuant to the Trust and Servicing Agreement (as defined below).
This Certificate is limited in right of payment to, among other things, certain collections and recoveries in respect of the Trust Loan, as more specifically set forth herein and in the Trust and Servicing Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if a Monthly Payment Advance is made with respect to the Trust Loan pursuant to the terms hereof, then that Monthly Payment Advance, together with interest thereon, shall be reimbursed (with respect to both the related A Notes and the B Notes), pro rata and pari passu with any monthly interest advances on any Companion Loan, pursuant to the terms of and in accordance with the Co-Lender Agreement.
