Trust Property definition

Trust Property means any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which is owned or held by or for the account of the Trust.
Trust Property means (a) the Notes, (b) any cash on deposit in, or owing to, the Payment Account and (c) all proceeds and rights in respect of the foregoing and any other property and assets for the time being held or deemed to be held by the Property Trustee pursuant to the trusts of this Trust Agreement.
Trust Property means as of any particular time any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which at such time is owned or held by or for the account of the Trust or the Trustees in such capacity.

  • The Depositor makes the following representations and warranties on which the Trust shall be deemed to have relied in accepting the Trust Property.

  • The Backup Servicer makes the following representations and warranties on which the Trust shall be deemed to have relied in accepting the Trust Property.

  • All monies deposited from time to time in the Collection Account pursuant to this Agreement shall be held by the Indenture Trustee as part of the Trust Property and shall be applied as provided in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Trust Property

Trust Property means (a) the Debentures, (b) any cash on deposit in, or owing to, the Property Account and (c) all proceeds and rights in respect of the foregoing and any other property and assets for the time being held or deemed to be held by the Institutional Trustee pursuant to the trusts of this Declaration.
Trust Property means any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which is owned or held by or for the account of one or more of the Trust or any Series, or the Trustees on behalf of the Trust or any Series.
Trust Property means the property and proceeds conveyed pursuant to Section 2.1, together with certain monies paid after the Cutoff Date, the Collection Account (including all Eligible Investments therein and all proceeds therefrom), the Reserve Account (including all Eligible Investments therein and all proceeds therefrom), the Note Distribution Account (including all Eligible Investments therein and all proceeds therefrom) and certain other rights under this Agreement.
Trust Property means any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which is from time to time owned or held by or for the account of the Trust or any Series;

Trust Property means the Underlying Securities described on Schedule I hereto, the Certificate Account and any additional Underlying Securities sold to the Trust pursuant to Section 3(d) hereof.
Trust Property means (a) the Sold Property, (b) the Issuer’s rights under the Transaction Documents, (c) all “security entitlements” (as defined in Section 8-102 of the UCC) relating to the Bank Accounts and the property deposited in or credited to any of the Bank Accounts, (d) all present and future claims, demands, causes of action and choses in action relating to any of the property described above and (e) all payments on or under and all proceeds of the property described above.
