Incentive Program. Members who are rated as either Level I, Level II or Level III in every phase of the Physical Fitness Test are eligible to participate in the Incentive Program.
Incentive Program. At its sole discretion, the Employer may from time to time elect to establish incentive programs for individuals or groups which may consist of cash or other awards in recognition of improved job performance, improved safety records, innovative ideas that result in savings or other benefits, or other similar work related improvements, provided the Union is informed in writing of any such programs.
Incentive Program. The sick leave incentive program is intended to discourage unnecessary use of sick leave by rewarding employees who do not use sick leave in a given time period. Under the City program, all members who are not ill for one quarter as defined by Xxxxxxx (e.g., January through March) shall be allowed to convert eight (8) hours of sick leave into vacation. For prescheduled medical and/or dental appointments (requiring 24-hour notice) vacation, comp time, or personal leave may be utilized in order for the employee’s sick leave incentive program not to be adversely affected.
Incentive Program. The Employer, at its sole discretion, may from time to time implement incentive programs for individuals or groups consisting of awards and/or cash and/or refreshments (For example: coffee and donuts) in recognition of performance improvements, innovative ideas resulting in savings and/or benefits, or other similar improvements that are work related and can be documented and measured. The Employer agrees to furnish the Union with a written copy of the Employer’s incentive plans as they are developed and/or amended from time to time. The Union may withdraw from participation in the program at any time during the life of this Agreement upon written notice to the Employer.
Incentive Program. Employees who do not exceed 1 sick day per year will be paid a stipend of $250.00. Employees who do not exceed 2 sick days per year will be paid a stipend of $125.00. Employees must work a full school year to attain the incentive.
Incentive Program. Employee shall also receive as an additional incentive at the end of each of Employer’s fiscal years during the duration of this Agreement, an annual bonus, to be computed within 30 days following delivery to Employer of audited annual financial statements by its independent auditors, which shall be payable 50% in cash and 50% in Common Stock Purchase Options to purchase Shares of SBSI’s common stock as hereinafter provided. The number of such Warrants, and the exercise price thereof shall be determined as follows:
Incentive Program. A perfect attendance incentive fund of $2,550 will be available annually for classified staff. Conditions:
1. Money does not carry over into the next fiscal year, but each fiscal year will be funded at $2,550.
2. The current incentive program will remain the same unless mutually agreed upon by OAPSE and the Superintendent.

Failure of CSEA and the District to agree on an “incentive Plan” shall not constitute a breach of this agreement or an unfair labor practice.
Incentive Program. Coaches will have 12% of their supplement added for each time they and their team participate in the F.H.S.A.A. play-offs (no more than 60%). JV Coaches for football and basketball will be eligible for this incentive in addition to the varsity coaches. If athletes represent the district in state individual sports competition, 10% will be added to the supplements normally associated with the activity. Cheerleader sponsors will have 5% added for each time they and their team participate in a F.H.S.A.A. play-off system at the regional, sectional, or state level (no more than 15%). Prior approval for cheerleaders to participate in play-off contest must be secured from the superintendent. Athletic coaches will not be required to drive vehicles for transporting students to athletic contests. *Minimum 20 students at beginning and middle of season. The team is expected to participate in F.H.S.A.A. meets.
