Insurance Continuation. The Board shall continue to pay the Board contribution necessary to continue all medical, dental, and life insurance plans for the employee while he/she is on leave under this article.
Insurance Continuation. Health Plan benefits will continue in accordance with the Act. Negotiated insurance coverages and benefits will continue as provided in the collective bargaining agreement for employees on contractual leave.

There shall be no liability whatsoever on the part of the Employer for any insurance premium payment for an employee or employees who are on layoff or leave of absence other than sick leave, beyond the month in which such leave of absence or layoff commences. Insurance Continuation. 1. The University will continue group health insurance throughout the period of an approved paid leave.
2. The University will continue group health insurance for a maximum of six (6) months for an approved disability leave that extends beyond paid time.
3. The University will continue group health insurance as provided in the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) of 1993 as currently amended.
4. The University will offer group health continuation and conversion benefits as provided under the Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act (COBRA).
Insurance Continuation. Employees who terminate employment with the City shall have the right to continue coverage, at their own cost, as provided by and in accordance with state and federal law.
