Loss of Income. We pay for loss of your business income due to covered loss or damage to your business personal property. The maximum we will pay under this section is $500 per week up to four weeks.

Loss of Income. The Employer will provide full time Employees a group disability income protection plan with thirteen (13) weeks of benefit paid on the basis of fifty percent (50%) of the Employee’s average weekly base wage to begin upon the first (1st) day of a non-job related accident requiring hospitalization or the eighth (8th) consecutive day of illness.

If an insured person suffers from injury during the insured journey and is certified by a medical practitioner that he/she is incapacitated by such injury from performing any duty of his/her occupation after the insured person's return to Hong Kong, we will indemnify the insured person HK$1,000 per week, up to a maximum of 12 weeks. No indemnity payment shall be made for the first 3 days of incapacity in performing the occupation after the insured person has returned to Hong Kong. Any payment under this extension shall be inclusive of the Personal Accident payment in Section 3. This extension is not applicable to any insured person who is unemployed, retired or self-employed.
Loss of Income. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall keep in full force and effect loss of rent insurance, with loss payable to the City, for an amount equal to the then current amount of Base Rent and Additional Rent to be paid by Tenant under this Lease for a period of eighteen
Loss of Income. Loss of income, business interruption, and extra expense insurance in such amounts as will reimburse Tenant for direct and indirect loss of earnings attributable to Tenant’s operations in the Premises due to all perils covered in the all-risk commercial property insurance and terrorism insurance described above for a period of at least twelve (12) months.

EXTRA EXPENSE If the policy to which this endorsement is attached insures against Loss of Income/Extra Expense, but not otherwise, this endorsement also covers such Loss of Income/Extra Expense which results solely from a Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment of Insured Equipment subject to all the terms, provisions and conditions of the Loss of Income/Extra Expense coverages forming a part of this policy, and subject to the following additional provisions:
(i) Notice of Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment and Commencement of Liability You shall immediately give notice of Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment to any of our offices and that notice must be confirmed in writing. The commencement of our liability under this coverage shall be (1) the time of the Breakdown or (2) twenty-four (24) hours before the notice of Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment is received, whichever is later.
Loss of Income. Subject to the provisions of this Part, the insurer will pay a weekly payment for the loss of income from employment for the period during which the insured person suffers substantial inability to perform the essential duties of his or her occupation or employment, provided,
(a) such person was employed at the date of the accident;
(b) within thirty (30) days from the date of the accident, and as a result of the accident, the insured person suffers substantial inability to perform the essential duties of his or her occupation or employment for a period of not less than seven (7) days;
(c) no payments shall be made for any period in excess of one hundred and four (104) weeks except that if, at the end of the one hundred and four (104) week period, it has been established that such injury continuously prevents such person from engaging in any occupation or employment for which he or she is reasonably suited by education, training or experience, the insurer agrees to make such weekly payments for the duration of such inability to perform the essential duties.
Loss of Income. When it comes to compensation for loss of damage, the provisions on calculation of annuity set out in Chapter 41, Sections 8–18 of the Social Insurance Code (2010:110), which limit the compensation for loss of income to 7.5 price base amounts per year. These provisions are not applied to sick leaves shorter than 31 days. Personal injury in connection to assault will entitle the insured person to compensation to the extent that they do not, within reasonable time considering the injury and the need for compensation, receive damages from the offender, the latter’s insurance company or other party. Damages from the offender or others shall however be paid no later than within three years after the claim to Kammarkollegiet.
