Company Investment definition

Company Investment means any investment made by the Company or any derivative instrument or other investment made by the Company.
Company Investment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(b).
Company Investment means an investment that is comprised of $10,000 invested in shares of the Company’s common stock (assuming such investment were made on the Effective Date based upon the Market Value of such shares of common stock as of the Effective Date).

Company Investment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.6.
Company Investment means Company (or Company Affiliate) has incurred, paid and expended at least at least Eleven Million Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($11,585,000.00) in Eligible Costs for the design and construction of the Phase 1 Infrastructure. For purposes of this Agreement, Company Investment includes Eligible Costs incurred by Company Affiliates or others in the design and construction of Infrastructure and Public Infrastructure for townhome development on behalf of Company.
Company Investment means an investment made by the Company, which may include any of the following (i) forward purchase contracts with respect to Portfolio Company Securities, or other securities that contemplate the delivery of Portfolio Company Securities in the future, (ii) Portfolio Company Securities issued directly to the Company, (iii) securities convertible into or exchangeable for shares of Portfolio Company Securities, or (iv) holding companies, funds, special purpose vehicles, or other entities that own any of the instruments mentioned in (i), (ii), or (iii) above. Portfolio Company Securities may be purchased from existing holders of Portfolio Company Securities in private secondary transactions, or from the Portfolio Company in a primary issuance or from a company-facilitated tender offer.
