The allocation under this paragraph, as a percentage of each Participant's Excess Compensation, may not exceed the allocation percentage in the first paragraph.
As a second tier allocation, the Advisory Committee will allocate the nonelective contributions in the same ratio that each Participant's Excess Compensation for the Plan Year bears to the total Excess Compensation of all Participants for the Plan Year.
The combined Excess Compensation of the affected Participants in the family unit may not exceed $200,000 (or the adjusted limitation) minus the affected Participants' combined integration level (as determined under the preceding sentence).
The allocation under this paragraph, as a percentage of each Participant's Compensation plus Excess Compensation, must not exceed the applicable percentage (5.7%, 5.4% or 4.3%) listed under the Maximum Disparity Table following Option (i).
