Maintenance and Support Services definition

Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

Maintenance and Support Services means the Software maintenance and support services the Contractor is required to or otherwise does provide under this Contract as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

Maintenance and Support Services means maintenance and support services provided by Contractor under section 1.9 unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Examples of Maintenance and Support Services in a sentence

The Committee shall be made up of one representative from each of the following bargaining units: Representing Labor - Administrative Services; Operations, Maintenance and Support Services; Law Enforcement; Professional and Technical Services; Supervisory Services; Institutional Services; and State Police Unit and an equal number of management representatives selected by the Governor.
The Maintenance and Support Services will commence on [INSERT DATE] and will continue until [INSERT DATE; ADD OPTIONS TO RENEW FOR ADDITIONAL TERMS, AS APPLICABLE].
The following Appendices and Exhibits are attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference: Appendix A – List of Licensed Product and FeesAppendix B – Maintenance and Support Services (this Appendix may be modified during the term of the Agreement, by including the modified Appendix with the purchase document.
Enhanced Maintenance and Support ServicesThe terms of the Enhanced Maintenance and Support Services are set forth in Appendix B of this Agreement.
Enhanced Maintenance and Support ServicesNOTE: Enhanced Maintenance and Support Services applicable only if elected by Licensee in accordance with Appendix A, Section D of the Contract.

Maintenance and Support Services means DI’s standard technical support and maintenance services to diagnose and address a Software Error when the Software has been properly installed, if applicable, and is being Used to perform in accordance with the specifications set forth in the applicable Documentation. Maintenance and Support Services do not include training of Customer’s personnel, consulting, or other available Professional Services.

Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Exhibit 7. “Materials” means (i) all types of tangible personal property, including but not limited to goods, supplies, equipment, commodities, and information and telecommunication hardware and software, and (ii) all inventions (whether patentable or not), discoveries, literary works and other works of authorship (including software), designations, designs, know-how, technology, tools, ideas and information.

Maintenance and Support Services means the services set forth in Section 3.4.

Maintenance and Support Services means the maintenance and support services to be performed by ImageSoft under this SMA.

Maintenance and Support Services means the maintenance and support services provided by Illumio and paid for by Customer under the Agreement, in accordance with Illumio’s then-current Maintenance and Support Services program set forth in the Maintenance and Support Services Supplemental Terms.

Maintenance and Support Services has the meaning set forth in Section 4.

Maintenance and Support Services means the maintenance and support services for the Product to be provided by the Supplier pursuant to a Purchase Order.
