  • It shall make a report of such inspection (“Maintenance Inspection Report”) stating in reasonable detail the Defects or deficiencies, if any, with particular reference to the Maintenance Requirements, the Maintenance Manual, and the Maintenance Programme, and send a copy thereof to the Authority and the Contractor within 10 (ten) days of such inspection.

  • The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • The Maintenance Manual shall be revised and updated once every 3 (three) years and the provisions of this Clause 17.3 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to such revision.
