Quality Standards definition

Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • The permit process consists of: developing permit limitations based upon the effluent limitations for coal mining promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency set forth in 40 CFR 434, the State Water Quality Standards, Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Regulations, and Storm Water guidelines.

Quality Standards means the quality standards published by the British Standards Institute, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable body, that a leading company within the Contractor’s relevant industry or business sector would be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification Schedule.
