Research Subjects definition

Research Subjects means: Any person participating in a Clinical Trial or those involved in pre-screening and their dependants estate or heirs
Research Subjects means individuals who are to provide information and data on themselves or on whom information and data related to their privacy are to be collected.
Research Subjects mean the persons whose personal data are involved in the Research.

More Definitions of Research Subjects

Research Subjects means individuals selected by INT for the Research Project.
Research Subjects means the human subjects that are properly enrolled and participating in the Study. Related to Research Subjects

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Collaboration Compound means, for a Collaboration Program, any compound (including any peptide, protein or nucleic acid), construct, composition or biological entity directed to the Collaboration Target identified for such Collaboration Program and arising from the conduct of such Collaboration Program which meets the criteria for further Development set forth in the applicable Research Plan, and any modification, variant or derivative thereof.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Research Program Term means the duration of the Research Program as it may be extended or terminated as described more fully in Section 2.10 and Article 8.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Research-based means a program or practice that has some research demonstrating effectiveness, but that does not yet meet the standard of evidence-based practices.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How and Materials discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice in the course of performing activities under the Collaboration Program (whether solely by one Party or jointly by the Parties, in each case with their Affiliates or any Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing which perform activities under the Collaboration Program).

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Study Subject an individual who participates in the Study, either as a recipient of the Investigational Product (defined below) or as a control.   • Core academic subjects means English, reading or language arts, mathematics, science, foreign languages, civic and government, economics, arts, history, and geography.

  • Data Subjects means all individuals whose Personal Information we receive in the course of our banking relationship with you, including your direct and indirect beneficial owners, directors, officers and authorized persons.
