The Authority may in accordance with this Charter acquire such assets (real or personal) as its Business Plan provides or otherwise pursuant to a Unanimous Decision of the Constituent Councils.
At the initiative of the Issuer or the Representative, Collective Decisions may also be taken by a Written Unanimous Decision.
The foregoing provisions of this Section 16 shall not limit the right of any Holder to exercise its right to (i) appoint a Servicer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (ii) consent to a Majority Decision, a Super-Majority Decision or a Unanimous Decision.
