Owner, Architect, Architect's Consultants, other representatives and personnel of Owner, independent testing laboratories, and governmental agencies with jurisdictional interests shall have access to the Site and the Work at reasonable times for their observation, inspecting, and testing.
However, Owner, Architect, and Architect's Consultants shall not be liable to Contractor for any claims, costs, losses, or damages (including but not limited to all fees and charges of engineers, architects, attorneys, and other professionals and all court or arbitration or other dispute resolution costs) sustained by Contractor on or in connection with any other project or anticipated project.
Contractor shall allow Owner, Owner's representatives, agents and employees, Owner's other contractors, and Architect and Architect's Consultants access to the Site to enable Owner to exercise the rights and remedies under this paragraph.
The Architect's Consultants shall also conduct periodic inspections of the site to determine conformance with the Project design and specifications and shall participate in the final inspections and development of any “punch list” items.
Such reimbursement will be based on the Architect's and Architect's Consultants standard hourly rates.
