Sub-consultant definition

Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.

Sub-consultant means any entity to which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 3 and 4.

Sub-consultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

Sub-consultant means any person or entity with whom the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services.

Sub-consultant means any entity to which the Consultants subcontract any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Sub-Clause 3.6;

Sub-consultant means any entity to which the Consultants subcontract any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of this contract; and,

Sub-consultant means any person or entity with whom the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Assignment/job.

Sub-consultant means any person/entity to whom the Consultant subcontracts for any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5.5 hereinafter; and

Sub-consultant means any entity to which the Consultant sub- contracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Clause 4.7; and

Sub-consultant means a person other than the Consultant’s employees engaged by the Consultant to carry out a part of the Services for the Consultant.
